Be•YOU•ty & Bliss has recently started offering free virtual fitness classes and I wanted to share with you all!
After taking a hiatus from teaching and working out altogether I felt it. And not only in my waistline and my energy level 🤪 but my mental health suffered as well. This past year has been full on. And still is, every time we look at social media or the news. I wanted to offer a way to bring a smile and boost your mood that is FREE, safe and accessible to all! It is said that to change your state of mind you must shift your physiology and what better way to move your body than with Zumba!
Zumba is a dance inspired fitness class for all fitness levels. It’s a super fun cardio class that engages both your body and your mind! And you burn on average 700-1000 calories in only an hour! 🙌🏻 The best part – time flies when you’re having fun!
Take an hour for yourself to try something new, to let go of to-do lists and any worries, to move, to sweat, and most of all to smile! Make it your happy hour!

I am currently teaching Zumba Wednesday nights at 7PM and Saturdays at 11:30AM. Classes are streamed live on twitch (it’s a free app to download)
